Founded by Chemists Vigor Gas Purification Technologies is an inert atmosphere glovebox manufacturing company founded by chemists. Our unique perspectives, as chemists and glovebox users, allow us to design systems with features that improve the convenience, efficiency and performance of glovebox operations. Our Experience We have over 14 years experience with purification of ultra high purity gases to the PPB level. Since 2005, we have placed over 200 glovebox systems into operation throughout the world. State of the Art Manufacturing World-Class Design and Construction Vigor has developed state-of-the-art glovebox designs Including patented glovebox seal and gas purification technologies. These new technologies enable us to offer gloveboxes with the highest purity levels in the industry. Our standard gloveboxes maintain < 1 PPM O2 & H2O and our ultra-high purity gloveboxes < 0.1 PPM purity levels. We also offer up to a class 10 cleanroom environment. Highest Quality Materials & Components Our gloveboxes are constructed of powder coated 304 stainless steel with 3 mm thickness. We weld wherever possible to reduce dependence on gasket seals. We use top quality components including: Siemens PLC (Germany), Burkert solenoid valves (Germany), Pro-Face touch screen (Japan), and North Safety Gloves (USA). Precision Construction Our CAD/CAM processes ensure maintaining close tolerances on all of the sheet metal. All metal is laser cut in strict adherence to blueprint specifications performed by laser to the blueprint. Our precision processes earn the confidence of our customers and OEM partners.

Shipping and Crating Vigor is dedicated to getting your glovebox system delivered in a timely and safe fashion. Our systems are shipped by highly experienced freight forwarders to speed your system to its destination. Our crating and packaging of your system is done with great care. Our crates are well constructed with all components well padded and secured. We also provide the fittings, tubing and tools needed for glovebox installation. Our crates are so well constructed that it is a job just to open them.
