Vigor Gas Purification Systems
Vigor Gas Purification systems remove O2 & H2O from inert gas attaining purity levels of < 1 ppm with the option of ultra-high purity levels of < 0.1 ppm. An on-demand circulation system is controlled by the oxygen analyzer and runs only about 5 min/hr. Automatic daily overall leak tests alerts users to possible glove or seal damage. No cooling water is required. A color touch screen panel provides a user-friendly control interface and chemistry software.

Custom Systems
Vigor will manufacture custom systems per customer requirements. Vigor will work closely with customers to design a system and to seamlessly integrate a customer’s process in a controlled atmosphere. Vigor’s use of laser cut metal components guarantees the accuracy of the assembled system. Vigor factors in ergonomics and work flow considerations of the customer’s process for efficient handling.
